JOB PROFILE

Maintain a generic mailbox for the process
Maintain and manage the document database
Maintain and manage daily log of requests
Create reports & graph of team performance to management

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline with logical mind, with document management experience will be advantage.
Fluent in both written & spoken English
Good communication skill with requesters and co-workers
Accurately gives / follows instructions 
Initiative and independence in solving problem
Completes all tasks on time and accurately with guidance
Able to prioritize workload and Multi-tasking
Compose email and create attachment, efficient communicate via email on Lotus Notes
Use of MS Office and internet, experience with use of Ms Excel will be advantage
