JOB PROFILE

  • As a product consultant, being a first point of contact handling customer requests and resolving customers technical and non technical queries.
  • Conducting different levels of discovery calls/demos with the prospect to understand their requirements
    and suggesting Cloud products at Enterprise level. 
  • Managing a large volume of daily inbound/ outbound interactions with prospective customers via
    phone and email.  
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives, partner and resellers to acquire new opportunities, and to
    develop and retain existing customers and new customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring daily and weekly update of the outlook plan, sales funnel and call plan.
  • Understanding the complex environment of cloud and build, manage and coordinate proofs of concept (POCs)
    on real customer environment.
  • Agressively reviews account performance in pursuit of new business and up-selling opportunities.
  • Manage strategic partner relationship with the existing clients for the renewal of the contracts.
  • Analyze market opportunities, business drivers and branding principles to optimize marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Generating new leads using professional networks like LinkedIn, Gagein, Xing, Zoominfo etc.
  • Contacting the prospect for business development through chatting, phone and emails.
  • Should have good hand on experience in Salesforce like lead updation, client follow up and activity assigning.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Should be a local Candidate from Delhi/NCR, Outstation candidates need not apply.
  • Should have relevant 2 - 4 years of International Product based Outbound  IT sales.
  • Should be flexible & willing to work in Global North American shifts. No Day shifts available.
  • Generating new leads using professional networks like LinkedIn, Gagein, Xing, Zoominfo etc.
  • Contacting the prospect for business development through chatting, phone and emails.
