1) Have passion to work solely and perform the HR operations like Talent Acquisition Operations, Campus hiring, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, Internal Job Posting, Benefits and claims, Incentive Management and other finance related management activities.
2) Responsible for recruitment strategies and processes for attracting talented professionals with diverse knowledge and skills for various organizational departments.
3) Design & issue KRAs, Sign off by the employees, mid-term reviews, coordinate the Annual Appraisal process, Increment Letters.
4) Design and communicate the incentives structure, maintenance of employee personal files with all their personal and professional details
