JOB PROFILE

  • Responsible for Frontdesk ,General Office operations.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning and General Maintenance of the Office.
  • Arranging visiting cards of employees & id cards etc.
  • Arranging meeting rooms for meetings.
  • To ensure Office telephone system working smooth , in terms of any fault take further action.
  • Manage general office administrative/HR task.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Maintain leave record of employees into the internal database.
